Bay Village Early Childhood PTA’s “Homes for the Holidays” benefit
homes tour debuted in 2000. This year marks the ninth tour
of Bay Village homes professionally decorated in holiday style.
Each year, five to eight homes are featured on the tour. Every
home is uniquely dressed for the holidays by a professional decorator
and floral designer. Many
homes may also feature local bakers offering samples of their holiday
goods, or talented vocalists and musicians serenading tour-goers
with the musical sounds of the holiday season. Homes featured
on the tour cover a range of architectural and decorative styles.
Colonial, contemporary, cottage, ranch, lake-front, tudor, cape cod,
farmhouse, townhouse, new construction and homes nearly 100 years
old…“Homes
for the Holidays” has featured them all!
In addition to the tour of homes, BVECPTA is proud to present a
holiday marketplace at the tour headquarters where tour-goers can
get a start on their holiday shopping, as well as purchase chances
to win many fabulous prize packages.
It is through the generous support of the participating businesses
and vendors that the Bay Village Early Childhood PTA is able to produce
this tour and contribute to the continued success of various programs
targeting young children in our community. |
